Damian has over 18 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Since 2002 he has worked with dozens of industries including fitness, automotive, medical, dental, pharmaceutical, and financial services. Specifically he brings to the company 12 years of being involved with online technology and marketing services as well as successfully building high growth companies in the public and private sectors. He has the responsibility of the company’s growth, exposure, and strategic direction. In addition to his significant experience, he provides forward-thinking research into emerging technologies that our clients will need to stay ahead of the competition.

James – Director

James has 8 years experience in technology, with over 5 years of experience specifically in the mobile application and software services industry. He has extensive experience in SaaS and the successful design and delivery of high performance scalable SaaS delivered solutions. He is responsible for the Connect All Tech SaaS platform and is the head for technology and product advancement in the company. He works interactively within the industry, dealing directly with suppliers and the companies growing services base.

Aaron – Manager

As a leader, visionary, team builder, and evangelist for our company, Aaron develops and drives solutions for our internal processes to ensure our company runs as efficiently as our software. With more than 7 years’ experience working with software companies, he has developed and designed conversion routines, lead pre-sales enterprise software demonstrations, and consulted with many of our clients for training and process improvements.

Andrea – Development Team Manager

Andrea has 6+ years in software programming, including embedded systems all the way to web development and applications, and covering business domains such as technical documentation, mobile games, and SEO. Besides being an advocate for various development methodologies, she also enjoys learning new technologies, as well as mentoring other developers.

Heather – Design Manager

Heather has over 8 years of design experience. She specializes in all aspects of design including: graphic design, illustration, logo design, digital print, and marketing. Heather also has extensive work in designing websites, interface design, UI and content management.

Amy – Optimization / SEO Manager

Amy has become an expert at understanding business needs and merging them with multiple online solutions. Her and her teams expertise exposes many talents in all areas of the online research requirements and strategic optimization planning. She has grown in her career to become the optimization development project lead and is responsible for ensuring that the clients objectives and online goals are met in a timely manner.

Richelle – Research and Customer Support

Richelle has extensive experience in providing caring customer support. Her top goal is to make sure each clients needs are met and feels like a part of the team. Her previous career path has allowed her to grow within the company to be the point of contact for all our clients and accounts. The responsibilities are to make sure each clients goals are met and that we establish a longterm relationship with our valued clients. She also doubles as the lead for customer support solutions and working closely with clients to streamline and improve business processes.
